In a regular use case, all our Autodesk© Revit© add-ons available on the Autodesk App Store do not collect or store any personal data or information, except in some cases when automatic error reports need to be sent. This applies to the application execution tracking which is collected and sent to our servers, where it is securely stored and never sold to third parties.
After a sale or download by the user, Autodesk allows us access to the user data, which was previously collected by Autodesk itself (this information is not shared with third parties). Thereafter, the user will receive information about this product and other similar ones developed by Lurtis (the user has the right to unsubscribe at any time).
